Ultra-compact, Q-switched OEM laser sources for material processing and marking applications at the wavelengths 1064 nm (16W), 532 nm (12W) or 355 nm (6W). The miniature size of the MONOLITH series allows for straightforward system integration even under highly non-versative space conditions.

Available as OEM laser source or as marking system. Air-cooled, diode-pumped solid-state laser system for 355 nm (20 W), 532 nm (25 W) and 1064 nm (50 W) in TEM00; upto 50 W Q-switched average laser power. Laser source, power supply and controller are integrated into one maintenance and service friendly compact unit.

Available as 3 laser wavelength source or as universal marking system. The three laser wavelengths are individually or in combination selectable via software control.

The robust laser marking system running successfully world-wide

We developed a highly versatile marking software, which steer our laser sources and scanner systems for marking and processing applications. Using the intuitive "drag & drop" menu, our inscription software "Visual Laser Write" (VLW) supports unexperienced users to complete even most complex marking programs successfully.

Optionally available is an ultra-small controller for the model MONOLITH CORE or CONQUEROR CORE as OEM laser source, e.g. in our marking systems. The palm fitting size of the ultra-small controller is only ca. = 150 x 150 x 115 mm³, including cooling unit.
