Marking laser

Introduction

Laser Marking is today's most modern form in industry of direct marking. It make a highly efficient technique of marking codes possible; e.g. 2D codes, text, logos, and warning symbols. The name CLS means 25 years of expertise in the laser market through our Chromatron product line.

CONQUEROR

What would you say, if someone offered you a Q-switched DPSS-marking laser made in Germany with high pulse-peak-power and an excellent beam-quality at a very competitive price? A laser that features a short pulse width of only serveral nanoseconds, 0,65 mJ energy per pulse @ 7ns (532 nm), high repetition rates and single-shot-operation.

Due to the fact that an average power-output of 5 watts combined with a high pulse-peak-power is sufficient for many applications, we decided to introduce the new CONQUEROR-series in addition to our more powerful BLADE-series (up to 75 watts). Like the BLADE-series the CONQUEROR-series is also solely air-cooled.

The CONQUEROR is your choice, when a maximum versatility is required. In contrast to most of the conventional lasers including fibre-laser concepts the CONQUEROR series offers various unbeatable advantages to achive an extraordinary wide spectrum of applications.

With the CONQUEROR you can even mark glass (including in-glass-engraving!), diamonds, ceramics, gold, brass, copper in excellent quality. The CONQUEROR-series is not just a marking-laser: You can also use him to drill, scibe, trimm, engrave, ablate, decoat, depaint, isulate, anneal, perforate and structure different materials, just to mention some applications.

The CONQUEROR-series features an extremely small footprint: The laser itself is not much bigger than an eyeglasses case! As a consequence it can virtually be integrated everywhere, even in very small environments. Feel free to use the CONQUEROR as a stand-alone-system/in a workstation or to integrate him into a gantry-system or production-line.

The CONQUEROR-series works with long-lifetime-laserdiodes and operates maintenance free.
Should a diode-exchange be neccecary one day, it can easily be done anywhere, meaning that the lasersystem can stay on-site. The convinient configuration of the laser diode inside the power-supply enables you to exchange the the diode without affecting the laser head.

Depending on your application you can choose between a wavelength of 532 nm and a wavelength of 1064 nm.

Combined with high-speed-scanheads and top-brand F-Theta-lenses you get a lasersystem that is ready to serve you – just plug and play!

BLADE IR

The BLADE-series is the one, when maximum versatility will be claimed. With their unparalleled characteristics in precision and repeatability owed to the innovative resonator design - generating ultra-high peak pulse output, while eliminating first pulses, allow all forms of marking-processing.
The exceptional beam-quality, combined with the short pulse duration,
suits your needs by meaning - nothing streamlines and enhances your production technology like the BLADE-series.

On account of its high peak-pulses output, in conjunction with impressing pulse repetition frequencies up to 500 kHz, the BLADE-series offers – in contrast to fibre-laser concepts – the widest application spectrum at all. The BLADE-series laser-source performs perfect in combination with either galvanometer-scanheads, flat-field lenses or flying optics. The laser features external modulation capability, with uncompromising stability and mode quality from single-shot operation to pulse repitition rates up
to 500 kHz.

The diode-pumped, compact, high performance YAG laser for precise industrial applications in 1064nm. A legend among the DPSS lasers. With its unexcelled laser-beam characterisics this extremely compact, purely air-cooled laser system is available in various power ranges.

Perpetuum

The Q-switched marking and precision-machining device PERPETUUM™ represents the world’s first hand-held, high power laser. By virtue of its unique concept the system is wearable, battery-powered and operates always in laser class 1. With rechargeable battery package in a size of a human fist, it generates in the pulsed standard version up to 10W (CW) infrared beam (1064nm) or alternatively a 5W (CW) green laser beam (532nm), resulting in several hours of processing-time in production practises.
